These terms and conditions govern your use of the Nova Torch: Super Bright application (the "Application"), developed by Recharla Engineering (the "Service Provider") as a free service. By accessing or using the Services, which include the website located at https://nova-torch.com (the "Site") and any associated mobile applications and products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Legal Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue all usage of the Services.
You may be required to register to gain access to specific features of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, adapt, resell, sublicense, or misuse the Application except where permitted by applicable law.
Any dispute arising from your use of the Services or related to these Legal Terms should first be addressed by contacting the Service Provider. Where required or permitted by law, disputes may be resolved through applicable legal procedures.

Flashlight brightness, SOS signaling, screen light behavior, compass readings, magnifier quality, text display, and app availability may vary by device, operating system, permissions, battery state, hardware capability, and Android settings.
These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. No failure to enforce any provision will be deemed a waiver.
