About Nova Torch: Super Bright: Our application provides flashlight, SOS signal, screen light, compass, magnifier, text display, and launcher access features. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information while you use the Application.
This privacy policy applies to the Nova Torch: Super Bright app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Recharla Engineering (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Local app data remains on your device until you clear the Application storage, reset launcher settings, or uninstall the Application. The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will delete this from their servers when reasonably possible.
